Tour Description

Have you ever tried to locate the remote Easter Island on a map? Also called Rapa Nui, this mysterious speck of land isolated by the great waters of the Pacific Ocean can be found 2,300 miles west of Chile's capital, Santiago, a 5-hour flight away.

Mystery prevails throughout the place with the presence of the monolithic moai statues, only one of the many astonishing and puzzling features on the exotic island.

The 887 moai scattered across this tiny piece of land are said to represent the living faces of the deified ancestors of the indigenous Polynesian people.

But Easter Island has more to offer than awe-inspiring statues. It is also an adventurer's paradise with plenty to offer: mountain biking, fishing, hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, star gazing, or just enjoying the beauty of its quiet beaches and the opportunity to swim in the open waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Easter Island may be small yet it is anything but boring and it will become your favorite destination the moment you land on its shores.
