Cruise Description

Explore the heart of the Brazilian Amazon on this three-day Amazon Clipper Premium cruise. With 16 spacious cabins, a bar, and two whirlpools arranged over four decks, this vessel provides guests with opportunities for adventure in the wild, as well as onboard relaxation. Starting and ending in Manaus, the capital of the Amazonas state, you’ll sail on the Rio Negro. In the leisure room onboard the vessel, tune into lectures about the Amazon’s wildlife before searching for nocturnal animals. Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of frogs, snakes, and caimans. By canoe, explore Janauaca Lake, and watch pink dolphins play in the water. Try your hand at piranha fishing and spot hoatzins in the swamps of the Amazon. Explore the January Ecological Park and marvel at Victoria Regia, the largest water lily in the world. See Meeting of the Waters, where the dark shades of the Rio Negro and the pale sandy-colored waters of the Amazon River converge, then return to Manaus for your onward journey.
