Iberostar Heritage Grand Amazon

Amazon River Cruises

Cruise Description

Embark on a rewarding journey into the Brazilian Amazon on a four-day Iberostar Grand Amazon cruise. This floating five-star luxury hotel boasts 74 spacious cabins and amenities that rival that of an all-inclusive resort. Take off from the port of Manaus, the capital of the Amazonas state, and sail on the Rio Negro.  Visit the home of a caboclo in the Lake Janauaca region where you’ll be introduced to their customs and way of life. Head to the Manaquiri region by motorboat and learn about the flora and fauna, try piranha fishing, or trek through the jungle. Witness a golden sunrise here while searching for Amazonian wildlife. See Meeting of the Waters, where the dark shades of the Rio Negro and the pale sandy colored waters of the Amazon River converge, then return to Manaus for your onward journey.
