Cruise Description

Take an epic voyage to the wilds of the Amazon rainforest on this four-day Aria Amazon River cruise. Board your five-star floating hotel in Nauta, and explore the Yanayacu-Pucate River. Onboard, relax by soaking in the pristine views from the jacuzzi, or from the bar on the top deck. Go kayaking and swimming in the cool waters of the Amazon, and venture to a remote village on the Marañon River, where locals are keen to show you their way of life. With the help of a high-tech telescope and knowledgeable guide, learn to read the night sky in a fascinating stargazing session. Take part in an excursion along the Samiria River and learn how to fish using traditional techniques. Then enjoy a jungle walk to take in the rhythmic humming of birds, the rustling of leaves, and the croaking of frogs. On your way back to the Iquitos Airport, visit the Manatee Rescue Center, and learn how biologists are rescuing and rehabilitating young manatees, and re-releasing them into the wild.
